Booking the studio by business clients constitutes a full and binding commitment. Once the booking is confirmed and the date is reserved, no cancellation will be allowed and no refund of any kind will be provided, including in case of no-show or cancellation by the client. Rescheduling is only possible with at least 10 business days advance notice, subject to studio availability on the alternative date and at the sole discretion of the studio. A client requesting a tax invoice in the name of a business, licensed dealer, or company will be considered a business client for all intents and purposes.
Cancellation by private clients will be carried out solely in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations applicable at the time of cancellation. The studio will not be bound by obligations beyond those stipulated by law.
Failure to arrive at the scheduled time will be considered a cancellation for all intents and purposes. The studio reserves the right to update this policy from time to time.
