Use of the studio is subject to these terms of use. Making a booking and/or using the studio constitutes full, explicit, and irrevocable confirmation of everything stated in this document.
All equipment in the studio is delivered to the client in proper, complete, and usable condition. The client is fully responsible for any breakage, damage, harm, or malfunction of equipment that occurs during studio use, whether caused by them or by anyone on their behalf. In case of equipment breakage or damage, the client will be charged the full cost of new equipment, identical or equivalent, according to the purchase price at the time of billing. Repair by the client will not be permitted.
Damage to backgrounds, carpets, sofas, armchairs, chairs, tables, or any other prop in the studio will be charged at full repair or replacement cost, at the studio's discretion.
The client commits to returning the studio in a clean, organized state identical to the condition in which it was delivered at the start of use. All equipment, lighting, furniture, or props that were moved – will be returned to their original location. Cables, microphones, and auxiliary equipment will be returned to their designated location.
Leaving the studio in an unclean state, including excessive dirt, stains, liquids, hair, waste, or significant disorder, will charge the client an additional fee. Cleaning rates: • Studio space cleaning – 300 ₪ • Sofa / armchair / carpet cleaning – 300 ₪ per item The charge will be determined according to the extent of dirt and at the studio's sole discretion.
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the studio, equipment, or property during use, and will bear the full cost of repair or replacement, as applicable.
The client authorizes the studio to charge the provided payment method for: • Damage to equipment or property • Excessive cleaning • Failure to return equipment to its place • Violation of terms of use
Delay in vacating the studio or exceeding usage time will be charged an additional fee according to the studio rate.
The client waives in advance any claim, demand, or lawsuit against the studio regarding charges made in accordance with these terms of use.
The studio reserves the right to update the terms of use from time to time. The updated version on the website is binding.
